# MINT

We're here with an important update about the Punk Pass minting process.

So, here's the scoop. We've decided to shift the Punk Pass minting from Polygon to ZkSync.

Why? Well, because we want you to have the juiciest experience possible! Minting on Polygon wouldn't have brought you the full range of benefits we're all about, but on ZkSync, you'll be in for a treat with a mouthwatering airdrop.

At Quai Punks, our community is our heartbeat, and our mission is all about crafting the ultimate NFT ecosystem on the Quai network. You're at the center of it all, and every move we make is driven by this community-first philosophy.

Don't sweat it tho! While the minting platform has changed, the mint price for the Punk Pass is gonna be more or less the same. Plus, we're cooking up something cool just for you: our very own minting dapp. Yeah, you heard it right – we're making it even smoother for you to jump into the action!

So, hold on tight and stay tuned for all the exciting details. We're gearing up for mint day, and we can't wait to see you there. It's going to be an epic ride, and we're thrilled to have you along.

Catch you on mint day, punks!

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://quai-punks.gitbook.io/quaipunks/punk-pass/mint.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
